The client/property owner prefers to control the management of their parking. They know their tenants well, they call after an obstruction that prevents the traffic in their parking lot, following a snow storm, or obstruction for their garbage containers, to name a few.

Towing with Security Agent

Towing are assisted by our supervisors (security guard). The supervisor is located in a designated place and supervises the property. When a vehicle is parked in the parking lot and is neither a customer nor an employee, the supervisor must decide whether the vehicle must be towed because it obstructs an aisle, or decides to submit a ticket/ infringement notice.

The tow truck patrols the property and check the permits/stickers. This service often is at a specific days and times according to the client/property owner’s request.

Towing by Surveillance of Cameras

Towing are assisted by our surveillance cameras. An employee from our dispatch center is assigned to the surveillance of the property. Cameras are installed in strategic locations to monitor vehicles the parking lot. The supervising agent records a video and decides whether the vehicle must be towed by notifying the nearest tow truck, or decides to submit a ticket/ infringement notice.
