On Call Towing
The client/property owner prefers to control the management of their parking. They know their tenants well, they call after an obstruction that prevents the traffic in their parking lot, following a snowstorm, or obstruction for their garbage containers, to name a few.
Towing with Patrol Agent
Towing is assisted by our supervisors. The patroller is in a designated place and supervises the property. When a vehicle is parked in the parking lot and is neither a customer nor an employee, the supervisor must decide whether the vehicle must be towed because it obstructs an aisle or decides to submit a ticket/ infringement notice.
Towing On Patrol
The tow truck patrols the property and check the permits/stickers. This service often is at a specific days and times according to the client/property owner’s request.
Towing by Surveillance of Cameras
Towing is assisted by our surveillance cameras. An employee from our dispatch center is assigned to the surveillance of the property. Cameras are installed in strategic
locations to monitor vehicles the parking lot. The supervising agent records a video and decides whether the vehicle must be towed by notifying the nearest tow truck or decides to submit a ticket/ infringement notice.
